KTMC partners Matt Mustokoff and Maggie Mazzeo recently authored an article titled “Limitations of the ‘Truth on the Market’ Defense: Recent Appellate Decisions” which was published in the March 11, 2026 issue of the Review of Securities & Commodities Regulation. The article discusses how class certification doctrine in securities fraud cases has shifted in the wake of the Supreme Court’s 2021 opinion in Goldman Sachs v. Arkansas Teachers Retirement Systems and explores the courts’ treatment of “truth on the market” arguments as illustrated by recent circuit court decisions.
